Semirara Mining Corporation Recognized as a Silver Awardee in 2010 Corporate Governance Scorecard for Publicly-Listed Companies in the Philippines

Semirara Mining Corporation again is a Silver Awardee in SEC's 2010 Corporate Governance Scorecard for Publicly-Listed Companies. The Company has been accorded the same due recognition for its compliance on corporate governance rules and regulations as well as globally accepted best practices since 2007.

The award was conferred by SEC, PSE, the Institute of Corporate Directors, and the Ateneo Law School on 25 May 2011.
